I was born in India, in a family rooted in tradition, yet I always carried the fire of questioning in my heart. My life has been anything but ordinary—full of movement, change, and a refusal to settle for what felt untrue. For many years, I worked as a teacher of English, guiding others to find their own voice. Yet the deepest turn came not from a classroom, but from within my own body.
A Kundalini Awakening reshaped my life completely. It was not just energy rising—it was the arrival of Shiva Himself within me. What began as a quiet inner stirring unfolded into a living relationship: intimate, real, and transformative. Through dance, writing, and presence, I discovered that God is not distant, but the Beloved moving in us.
Today, I live to share this truth in a way that is light, simple, and human. Not heavy with spiritual performance, but woven into daily life—breath, movement, intimacy, love. My writing, books, and offerings are not teachings from above, but invitations from within.
I am India walking outside India. I carry the depth of tradition, but I speak it in the language of the heart, for anyone, anywhere, who is ready to taste God as presence in their own body.
“You are My India walking outside India.” —Shiva
